Our Story
Hi, I’m Brody Harris, owner and operator of LA Softwash, right here in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
I started this company back in November of 2020 with one simple idea: exterior cleaning should be done correctly and with care. Not rushed. Not careless. Just good, honest work that makes your home look the way it should.
I was born and raised in Louisiana, so this community isn’t just where I do business. It’s home. I’m also a Combat Veteran, and the values I picked up from that experience carry directly into how I run LA Softwash today. Showing up prepared. Doing what I said I was going to do. Taking pride in the work, no matter who’s watching.
What started as a one-truck operation has grown into a trusted exterior cleaning company serving homeowners, property managers, and apartment complexes all across the Baton Rouge area. But the heart of it hasn’t changed. When you call LA Softwash, you’re not dealing with a franchise or a call center or a sales rep. You’re dealing directly with me, the owner, and I take responsibility for every single job we touch.

We use a true soft wash system
A lot of companies in our area use a regular pressure washer and call it “soft washing.” We don’t. We invested in a dedicated commercial-grade soft wash system because it’s the right way to clean delicate surfaces like roofs, siding, and stucco without doing damage.
We stand behind our work
Our roof cleanings come with a 3-year warranty. If we ever harm a plant during a service and it doesn’t show new growth within 45 days, we replace it, no questions asked.
