Brody did such an amazing job on our house! We have a large 2 story white home so I for sure thought it would take a while, but he was in and out so fast and the house came out amazing!!! Would recommend time and time again!!!

We bought our house 10 years ago and never washed the brick, siding, or gutters. We chose Brody to support a veteran-owned business. Brody did an amazing job. The stained brick looks new and where our wood siding was green now looks like it was freshly painted. The gutters had black stains and are now back to the original color (added the gutter option). We will definitely use his service again!

Great service. I will use LA Softwash again and recommend them to others. Super nice husband and wife team. My favorite part was watching him fly the drone to check the roof. I love to pressure wash but seeing how fast they were able to get my driveway, sidewalk, steps and curb done, I may never do it myself again!

LA Softwash is the best in the business! They came out in January to tint the windows on the back of our home and they did a phenomenal job! Brody and Karmyn even took the time to come out prior to the install to show us different tint options to make sure we were going to be satisfied with the product we picked and the end result. On install day, they prepped each window, installed the tint and cleaned up every little piece of trash that was left. We are super happy with the tint and their install and I know we will see the full benefits this summer when the sun is hitting the back of the house and it’s much cooler and not as bright inside. While they were here doing the tint, we asked them to quote a whole exterior soft wash including all of the concrete and the front and side of our shop. We had from the gutters down on the house, all concrete and the front and side of the shop cleaned in February. Again, they thoroughly prepped our home prior to the cleaning, educated us on how a soft wash cleans the surfaces and got to work! Our house now looks brand new! We have white painted brick and did not realize how dirty it was until they were done and it is shining like the day it was painted! Brody and Karmyn are two of the nicest and most honest people you can do business with. They truly care about customer satisfaction and it shows in everything they do! They have great communication and fair pricing. Thank you for getting us on the schedule so quickly and for doing such an awesome job both times! We will gladly recommend you to everyone we can!

If you are looking to tint your home or office, I highly recommend LA Softwash. They came out last week to my office and Karmyn give me a quote that same day. Brody reached out to me to schedule for this coming Friday but their schedule changed and they moved us up to yesterday. They are husband and wife and work very well together and are very sweet. We have been wanting our front office tinted for a long time but just couldn’t find the right price or people.
